Annette Stones
Annette Stones, a Billing Admin and Collections Team Leader has been at Plusnet for 14 years.
During her time at Plusnet, Annette has occupied a number of roles spanning from Cleaner, Catering Assistant, Customer Service Advisor right through to a Provisioning Team Leader which she marks as her career highlight, leading to her current role.
"It's the variety and passion of the people who work at Plusnet, combined with the fast paced and ever changing environment that has kept me here," says Annette.
Annette has numerous memories of her time at Plusnet yet she recalls receiving her very first recognition award whilst working in the kitchen as the fondest, "It was amazing to be given this little glass block knowing I was part of a great team, my passion had well and truly started then and has never left me...Plusnet is in my blood!"
Annette is still equally happy in her role today and comments, "I love the culture of Plusnet and do try to embody 'all that is Plusnet' by giving people the chance to succeed and grow in roles.
"I am lucky to have been given a great opportunity to grow in what was such a small company at the time. I realise I am lucky to share the journey with such great people.
