PERSONAL CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT BEFORE MARRIAGE FOR THE MARRIAGE.

Nick and Ni agree Nick to buy one home about 750.000 euro about (35.000.000.) thb. The home Nick buys at Ni name and Ni give 30 year lease to Nick.
Nick agrees to buy anything necessary for the home to be reedy for the day of the marriage. Always choice of Ni.
Nick agrees paid at October for hospital for Ni to do any plastic surgery (for Breast) plus anything want up to 2.000 euro. About (100.000) thb.
Nick agree when move in to de home to buy one Jeep LEXUS or MERCEDES or BMW any color except black and one car choice of Ni any color except black. The two cars at Ni’s name. Ni agrees before the purchase of the car to have driver license.
Nick agrees to buy any cloths Ni want for the new home.
Agree Nick and Ni to gives Ni mothers for SIN SOT the sum of 40.000 euro about (2.000.000) thb. Ni mother agrees after the marriage to give gift to Ni the amount of 30.000 euro about (1.500 000) thb. The agree to buy for the father of Ni one pick up truck (not new but good condition).
Nick agrees to pay the expenses for the people to come from Buriram if the no have the money to come for the weeding.
Nick agrees to buy for Ni gold ring with diamond about 3000 euro (150.000) thb.
Nick agrees to buy for Ni gold for 4.000 euro about (200.000) thb. Everything purchase with choice of Ni.
Nick deposit at account of Ni 50.000 euro about (2.500.000) thb. Close for five years.
Nick will pay everything for the decorations, foods, video, photo, clothes, for Ni for the mother for the father for zina and Nick for the marriage.
Part two day of marriage.
Ni agrees before the marriage to lose five kilos.
Nick and Ni agrees the envelops with the money from the Thai people to give Ni’s mothers. Nick and Ni take the gifts from Thai and falangs and the envelops with the money from falangs.
Nick and Ni the next day go for honeymoon to Rio the Janeiro Brazil for 20 days.
Part three after marriage.
Nick agrees to paid everything for the home and every first of the month to give Ni 600 euro about (30.000) thb. For personal expenses and the family.
Nick and Ni agree with legal way to adopt the girl of Ni after the adopt Nick will deposit in bank and the girl’s name 100.000.euro about (5.000.000) thb close for 20 years for her future.
For every child that we will have together same amount of money deposit at the bank for 20 years.
Part four case of divorce.
Nick and Ni agrees at case of divorce before five years Ni returns everything and keep only the 50.000 euro about (2.500.000 ) thb the money in the bank at her name.
In the case of divorce after 5 years and one day Ni keep everything.
Nick agrees for every year after the first 5 years at January first Nick deposit at the bank Ni wants, 20.000 euro about (1.000.000 ) thb the money deposit from the bank of New York an the account number is 250....... The deposit takes action automatic every 1/1.20xx.
In the case of divorce at any time from the day of marriage if Ni have another person even for one night or she have problem with narcotics (drugs).Ni return everything automatically except the 50.000 euro about (2.500.000 ) thb.
If any time Nick has other girl a want divorce Ni takes everything.
Part five case of death.
In the case death of Nick form physical reasons even one minute after the marriage Ni take everything the above.

All the above home they came at the name of Ni and al the taxis paid from the account number Citibank of New York #416.......
If Ni wants to sell the homes, Maria ..... buy at fear market valium.
The leasing of the house in Thailand goes to Ni.
And deposit to the account Ni want at any bank from the lawyer of the will and from the bank National bank of New York and the account # 8793...... the sum of 2.000.000 euro about (104.000.000) thb. From my life insurance.
Ni agrees THAT SHE will not want anything from the rest of my FORTUNE.

This agreement it can be cancel any time before the marriage from any of the two person undersign (Nick and Ni) and if anything purchase return too the purchaser.
