Born in Brisbane Australia, Ellie spent her childhood climbing trees, exploring nature and riding bikes and horses.
As an outgoing, bushy eyebrowed, tomboy, growing up Ellie aspired to become an actor but before her 14th birthday she was signed by an talent scout pursuing modelling. While attending a Brisbane school, Ellie modelled on holidays and weekends before graduating in 2008 to successfully pursue modeling full time.
Since then, Ellie has modelled for various well known companies in all forms of media, has been featured in and on the cover of numerous magazines as well as having designed her own limited collection of swimwear.
Ellie has also become a proud global ambassador for Australia Zoos charity; Wildlife Warriors. Alongside other internationally known names including Bindi Irwin and Justin Timberlake, she supports the amazing work that the late Steve Irwin and wife Terri Irwin founded. Having amassed an incredible and loyal social media following throughout her journey, Ellie is able to stay in contact with her fans on a daily basis by engaging with people who enjoy being a part of her journey. It has been this interaction with her social media following that has been one of the driving forces behind the creation of her book, YouTube channel and many other projects she works on.
