Ο Σάκης Ρουβάς γεννήθηκε στην Κέρκυρα στις 5 Ιανουαρίου 1971 και είναι δημοφιλής Έλληνας τραγουδιστής. Γεννήθηκε στο Μαντούκι της Κέρκυρας και οι γονείς του είναι ο Κωσταντίνος Ρουβάς και η Άννα Μαρία Παναρέτου. έχει έναν μικρότερο αδερφό τον Τόλη. Ο πατέρας του ήταν οδηγός στο επάγγελμα ενώ η μητέρα του εργαζόταν στο αεροδρόμιο της Κέρκυρας στα Duty Free.

πολυ ενδιαφερουσες οι ιστοριες της συνωμοσιας ολου του πλανητη που επιβουλευεται τη πολιτιμη αυτη χωρα.
Δεν μας λεει κανεις ομως αν η Μερκελ ειπε να δινονται 400.000 εφαπαξ σε συνταξιουχους 40 ετων της ΟΑ.
Αν οι ξενοι υποχρεωσαν ποτε τους ταλαιπωρους ασθενεις να δωσουν φακκελακια για να χειρουργηθουν.
Αν η ΟΝΕ φταιει που σχεδον κανεις μας δεν πηρε ποτε απόδειξη απο μπογιατζη, υδραυλικο, ηλεκτρολογο, φροντιστη κλπ.

Ο Έλληνας είναι (παραδόξως ομολογώ) ΣΟΦΟΣ!
Θα ήταν μαλάκας αν έδινε στην Ν.Δ. κανένα 45άρι. Όμως και με όλη αυτήν την πρωτοφανή πτώση των σημερινών (απολύτως αποτυχημένων) κυβερνώντων η Ν.Δ. παίρνει και πάλι ποσοστό ΜΙΚΡΟΤΕΡΟ από αυτό της εκλογικής της συντριβής του 2009, για να μην αναφερθούμε σε αριθμό ψήφων που είναι ακόμα μικρότερος λόγω της μεγαλύτερης αποχής.

Από την άλλη το ΠΑΣΟΚ όσο πάει τα κάνει χειρότερα. Οι ανόητοι αυτοσχεδιασμοί του θα προκαλούσαν γέλιο αν τα πράγματα δεν ήταν σοβαρά (παγκοσμίως!!) και νομίζω πως πρέπει πλέον να πάνε για "ξεκούραση" (στην καλύτερη περίπτωση, διότι στην χειρότερη υπάρχουν και τα ειδικά δικαστήρια!).
Δεν το λέω εγώ προσωπικά, ο Ελληνικός λαός στο σύνολό του το λέει. Αν συνυπολογίσουμε και την αποχή η σημερινή κυβέρνηση χαίρει της εμπιστοσύνης του 15% του εκλογικού σώματος κι όμως επιμένει να κυβερνά!

Το τί θα γίνει μετά δεν το ξέρω και δεν είναι και εύκολο να το προδικάσουμε.

Αυτό το πολίτευμα έχουμε! την κοινοβουλευτική δημοκρατία. "Χάλια είναι αλλά δεν υπάρχει κανένα καλύτερο!" (ο Τσώρτσιλ το είχε πει, δεν είναι δικό μου).
Αν κάποιος ξέρει κάποιο καλύτερο να μας το προτείνει.




Επί του συγκεκριμένου, σαφέστατα δεν είμαι και πολύ αισιόδοξος για τις ικανότητες δικυβέρνησης του Αντωνάκη και των συν αυτώ ΑΛΛΑ αυτός δεν είναι λόγος για να ανέχομαι τους σημερινούς.

Με όρους μαθήματος χειρουργικής σε τεταρτοετείς της Ιατρικής "Αν κάποιος ασθενής έχει αιμορραγία και χάνει αίμα η λύση ΔΕΝ είναι οι συνεχείς ματαγγίσεις. Τα αποθέματα αίματος θα σωθούν και ο ασθενής θα πεθάνει έτσι κι αλλιώς. Πρέπει λοιπόν να βρεις την αιτία της αιμορραγίας και να την αντιμετωπίσεις!"

Οι "ξύπνιοι" που μας κυβερνάνε εύκολα αποφάσισαν να υπεφορολογήσουν τον καθένα μας και να προκαλέσουν ύφεση και οικονομική ασφυξία του παραγωγικού ιδιωτικού τομέα της οικονομίας της χώρας.
Το να συμμαζέψουν όμως τις σπατάλες του κράτους (χθες πάλι μαθεύτηκε πως η ΕΡΤ πληρώνει για την αναμετάδοση του Τσάμπιονς Λίγκ τα ΤΕΤΡΑΠΛΑΣΙΑ από όσα έδιναν μάξιμουν τα ιδιωτικά!) το σκέφτονται ακόμα! Το συζητάνε, το εξαγγέλουν, αλλά ΔΕΝ το πραγματοποιούν.
Λοιπόν η φοροδοτική ικανότητα μας κάποτε θα τελειώσει αν τα έξοδα του σπάταλου κράτους δεν μειωθούν και η οικονομία της χώρας θα "πεθάνει"

Δεν ξέρω αν οι "άλλοι" θα έχουν το μυαλό και τα αρχίδια για να το κάνουν, αλλά κάποτε και κάπως πρέπει να γίνει...

In the same resolution, the General Assembly decided to include in the provisional agenda of its sixty-sixth session, under the item entitled “Strengthening of the United Nations system”, a new sub-item entitled “Central role of the United Nations system in global governance”, and requested the Secretary-General to submit an analytical report focusing on global economic governance and development, to be prepared in consultation with Member States and relevant organizations of the United Nations system, taking into account such relevant inputs as the informal thematic debate on global governance to be organized by the President of the Assembly, without prejudice to the focus of possible future debates on this issue to be determined by the Assembly.

65/94. The United Nations in global governance
The General Assembly,
Reaffirming its respect for the purposes and principles of the Charter of the
United Nations,
Acknowledging the vital importance of an inclusive, transparent and effective
multilateral system in order better to address the urgent global challenges of today,
recognizing the universality of the United Nations, and reaffirming its commitment
to promote and strengthen the effectiveness and efficiency of the United Nations
system,
Reaffirming the role and authority of the General Assembly on global matters
of concern to the international community, as set out in the Charter,
Welcoming the proposal of the President of the General Assembly to designate
“Reaffirming the central role of the United Nations in global governance” as the
theme of the general debate at its sixty-fifth session, and welcoming also his
intention to organize in 2011 an informal thematic debate on global governance,
1. Recognizes the need for inclusive, transparent and effective multilateral
approaches to managing global challenges, and in this regard reaffirms the central role
of the United Nations in ongoing efforts to find common solutions to such challenges;
2. Decides to include in the provisional agenda of its sixty-sixth session,
under the item entitled “Strengthening of the United Nations system”, a new
sub-item entitled “Central role of the United Nations system in global governance”;
3. Requests the Secretary-General, in this regard, to submit to the General
Assembly at its sixty-sixth session an analytical report focusing on global economic

U.N. Continues to Pursue Global Economic Governance

As the global financial crisis deepens, the United Nations is ramping up its efforts to secure a leading role in overseeing and directing global economic policy.

As reported in a July 6 Global Governance Watch article, in December 2010, the U.N. General Assembly adopted a resolution, "The United Nations in Global Governance," that requests the Secretary-General to submit a report to the 66th Session of the General Assembly (scheduled to begin this month), focusing on reforms of, and the U.N.'s role in, global economic governance. The report is to be prepared in consultation with U.N. Member States and relevant organizations of the U.N. system and is to take into account relevant inputs from the thematic debates at the General Assembly on the issue of global governance.

To gather material for the report, on January 20, 2011, U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon circulated a letter to all Member States seeking their views on global economic governance and development. As of August 30, replies were received from Australia, Belgium, China, Costa Rica, Egypt, the European Union, France, Gabon, Iraq, Lichtenstein, Mexico, Norway, Panama, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Singapore, Switzerland, and the United States. A recently-published informal summary of the responses, which includes inputs from the Global Governance Group (3G), should be alarming to those who favor the protection of national sovereignty, as several respondents voice support for a greater oversight and planning role for the U.N. in global governance, notably as it concerns economic policy and the G-20.

Examples of the proposals and recommendations made by respondents include:

Creation of a "Global Economic Coordination Council" to be given powers on a level equivalent to the General Assembly and the Security Council;

Making the United Nations System Chief Executives Board for Coordination the body responsible for coordinating policy at relevant economic agencies, including the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund;

Strengthening the economic competence of the U.N. through the establishment of a panel of experts on systemic economic risks;

Mandating that the Chair of the G-20 deliver a report to the U.N. General Assembly each year, to be followed by a substantive debate and the adoption of a pertinent resolution;

Regular participation by the U.N. Secretary-General and the systematic presence of the United Nations Secretariat or specialized agencies at G-20 meetings, including at the working-group level.

In addition to making specific recommendations involving the U.N., countries supported general increased global economic governance to promote "fairness," for developing countries, by ensuring "long-term debt sustainability, promoting less volatile commodity markets, accessing new technologies, and generating decent employment opportunities." Towards that end, there were calls for a more systematic approach to assess risks of the existing global economic and financial architecture "with a view to reducing the vulnerability of activities of the international community to such risks." One country went so far as to propose a stop to speculation through a system of taxation on international financial transactions and "more suitable" international regulation bodies to prevent and manage economic and financial risks.

Not surprisingly, although the Secretary-General's letter requested views on global economic governance and development, the proposals extended far beyond economics and finance. For example, one country highlighted that global economic governance should evolve towards "a global economic and social governance" to take into account broader questions relating to world poverty and economic development.

Moreover, several countries suggested that the role of the U.N. in global economic governance "could be at the interface of trade, finance, employment, development aid and the environment, to help reconcile competing objectives and define appropriate governance arrangements." In this same vein, one country emphasized the need to integrate issues for which a system of governance is yet to be determined (in particular in the areas of environment and water). Finally, calls were made for more effective governance of agricultural development and food security, with one country proposing the creation of a global agriculture organization headquartered in Africa and a global food security council, modeled on the United Nations Security Council, bringing together States from all five continents.

Thus continues the movement toward U.N. governance, of the global economy and beyond.
