To all SHI clients, and up-coming...!
As some of you already know, I am waiting a baby and therefore need to wind down quite a lot. I've been working on to find a good person who can do at least 50% of my hours put in to SHI, a new receptionist. It has been a difficult task for me to select a person to do this job for many reasons. I have had lots of applicants the last few months, and decided to give this mature lady Brenda a chance. I ask you to be patient and understanding as it will take months and months for her to get "warm", experience will only come by time and as this business is not like anything else, its very complex, sensitive and challanging (that was part of the reason I got into it in the first place! )
The reason why I decided to try with Brenda was the simple reaeson that I FELT her, I felt her godness and inner devotion, not because she had previous experience, a fantastic CV or showed excellent natural abilities for this position - no, it was not because of that. I want someone who I know really wants to make the best for me, for you and for the girls, and I feel she has, even if she probably was not the best option of all the applicants - on the paper...
I am patient, and hope this will work out for the best.
During up coming tours (which is a really hassle for a new receptionist) , Brenda will be taken care of all phone and sms. I am not longer available via phone/sms. I will be side by side with her when I am in Bangkok (but via internet, not in person) - and we together will try to work it out in the best way possible. If misstakes happens, as they surely will - please be understanding as it will be stressful enough for her (and me) and she will surely try her best.
Have a great weekend. I just arrived to Bangkok myself, where I will be staying the next coming month. Thereafter I am going back to Sweden to visit my family for a few months, then back to Thailand again... My family members are all excited of my baby news as I was the only one in our family who never wanted children - but one shall never say never. I am 37 yrs old - and still not dead! : --- life is a miracle, so take care of it - please yourself , in all different ways....
It's so easy to forget until its too late, don't you think?
