b. Stop using promoters, or even if these guys are not promoters and they are just friends, tell them to stop cause what they doing is very cheap, obvious and low profile.
You know, people are not stupid, they can easily understand who is promoting & who is not. The issue here (better call it conflict) is that indeed you are ONE OF THE BEST escorts around - if not the Best. But when you are the best, you have to send the right messages to people. And for sure you don't send the right message when you getting to conflicts, too much talking, negative talks, and when you using promoters.
The Premium (whatever it is, brand/escort, etc.), is very bright and visible by its own, it is a bright star that everybody can see. For example, have you ever seen a luxury car of 100k or even your prestige perfumes which you like so much to be under promotion loudly? Never - they don't need to.
